My name is Serena Bracali and I am a Wedding Planner and founder of Fancy & Style Events. I love bringing 30 years of experience, taste and expertise to the table in order to bring your fairy-tale wedding to life.

My work is not “just” planning an event. It is guiding you through a journey that often begins more than a year before the big day and only truly ends when the party is over: when the guests say their goodbyes and the lights go out.

Together we search for the perfect venue, we envision every moment of the day — ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and party — and we build a connecting thread woven from colours, flowers, lighting and details that tell your love story.

I do not design standard weddings: the starting point is always your story and what you wish to experience, with a tailored, attentive and present approach.

My goal is that, the day after, you can say:
“It was exactly as we had dreamed it… actually, even better.”

For me, a perfect wedding is not one that follows trends, but one that authentically tells a couple’s story. That is why every event we create is different from the last: unique, elegant and one of a kind.

Not just the Wedding Day: a true Tuscan Experience

Another fundamental element of our work is that we do not limit ourselves to organising the wedding day. We create a genuine Tuscan Experience, capable of turning the wedding into a journey.
We design immersive moments for you and your guests: wine tours (full day, private, with bus), a pizza party in an authentic Tuscan atmosphere with live pizza makers, Italian music, cocktails and, if you wish, a gelato corner too. And also cooking classes, convivial experiences to be enjoyed even at the wedding venue.
In this way you will not just live “a wedding”, but a broader celebration, full of beauty and authenticity.

Behind every Fancy & Style wedding there is a close-knit, present and passionate team, ready to accompany you through every stage of the journey, from the initial planning through to the big day.

Sara is the creative smile: she guides you through the design of renderings and mood boards, in the search for decorations and stationery, transforming inspirations and wishes into a harmonious visual project.
Vittoria, precise and spontaneous, is a key reference point for organisation: she oversees timelines, budget, administrative aspects and final checks with suppliers, so that everything is clear and stress-free.
Giulio, serious but always smiling, handles contractual matters with order and transparency, ensuring reliability in every relationship with suppliers and partners.

On the wedding day we will be fully present and coordinated, working in sync to manage every detail with discretion, so that you can experience your day with lightness and peace of mind.

Serena's team is the best!
My husband and I got married in Tuscany on September 21st, 2025. Serena and her team were there with us through it all, even through the different time zones, hundreds of questions, many last-minute changes, etc. I was a very indecisive bride and Serena and Sara stayed patient, always answering all of our questions, and scheduling video calls as often as needed. Our Tuscan dream
I can’t say enough great things about Serena and her team. She’s such an amazing person and took care of our friends and family as if they were her own. Being in the USA, planning a wedding overseas was so smooth with her helping us. The vendors she set up for us did such a great job the whole time we were at the villa, and everyone had such a good time. Looking forward to our next visit to Italy so we can see Serena again!!! Pop-up in New York (March 2025)

In March 2025 we organised a pop-up event in New York: we took a venue and brought some of our suppliers with us — make-up, lighting, catering — to showcase what we are capable of creating. For many of our clients, New York is a key reference point. This presence serves to facilitate the meeting and to make it clearly felt that Fancy & Style is there too, close to the couples who wish to build a wedding in Italy or abroad.
